- Six 33,000 BTU cast-iron non-clog burners with standing pilots; removable grates accept up to a 14" stock pot.
- Left-side 24" griddle – 1/2" polished steel plate with thermostatic controls for consistent surface temperatures.
- Double oven base:
- Left: 45,000 BTU standard oven, 175-550 °F thermostat.
- Right: 32,000 BTU convection oven, 175-550 °F thermostat, 1/2 hp fan motor.
- Battery-spark ignition on both ovens for reliable starts even during power outages.
- Four chrome-plated racks supplied (two per oven) with multiple position rails.
- 22-1/2" stainless flue riser with heavy-duty shelf for extra plating or pan storage space.
- 4" stainless front rail with front-mounted manual gas shut-off; factory-installed regulator.
- All-stainless front, sides and shelf plus 6" adjustable stainless legs for easy cleaning under the unit.
