Ca Dei Maghi Sanzenel Amandorlato Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Produced only in exceptional years, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dried for around 80 days before being pressed and fermented. The wine is aged in barrels for seven years and then in stainless steel tanks until bottling. It is dark red and impenetrable in colour, the nose has alternating notes of ripe and dried fruit, such as hazelnut and almond. A Cabernet Sauvignon on the sweeter side, with a monumental palate and enveloping entrance, it robustly ends on dry notes with a characteristic hint of almond.
