Good supplement
In order to get the recommended dose, you need to take a lot of these in a day. However, they are easy to swallow and I trust this brand. If you're looking for a good calcium supplement, this is a good one.

This brand has been good for me overall but.....
I do find it harder to swallow a capsule, than a large pill. I agree that is odd but it is happening to me. So I went with the larger pill. The capsules tend to stick to my throat even when drinking water first.

Pampers Always!
Size: Size 4, Unit Count: 92
Pampers has been the choice for all three of my babies over the years. So very rarely leak and super comfy! May be a bit more pricey but WORTH IT. These are not as nice of quality as pampers swaddlers but still great and cheaper.
