Really helpful for dry mouth.

These really work. I wear a CPAP and my mouth was so dry I was waking up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. They stick well so no worry of swallowing it during the night. I like the berry flavor.

A Miracle for dry mouth!!

I don't know what I would do without this product. I suffer from severe dry mouth from my medications and xylmelts have been a miracle for me. I buy them regularly and cannot live without them
I sleep comfortably with them in my mouth and they help beyond belief.

I rely on these nightly to combat dry mouth, and they deliver exactly what is promised. The adhesion mechanism is impressiveβonce placed against the gum, the disc stays securely anchored for a full 6β8 hours without shifting, allowing me to sleep without interruption.
βThe profile is ideal; the discs are incredibly slim and unobtrusive, so you don't feel like you have a bulky object in your mouth while trying to fall asleep. Despite being so compact, they pack enough moisture to last until morning. The Berry flavor is mild and soothing, making it a perfect bedside companion. Highly recommended.
