Heavy Duty Construction
Furnished with 14 gauge all-welded body construction and stainless steel front, top, sides, stub back, and tray bed for exceptional durability and longevity in a commercial setting.
Charbroiler Section
Features a 24-inch charbroiler with heavy-duty cast iron top grates and burner radiants. Each 6-inch section is powered by an individually controlled 15,000 BTU/hr. burner.
Work Top Section
Includes a 12-inch work top for additional preparation or holding space.
Standard Oven Base
Conventional oven base with a 35,000 BTU burner, stainless steel lining, and two removable oven racks. The thermostat adjusts from 150ยฐF to 550ยฐF for versatile cooking.
Grease Management
Cast iron top grates include built-in grease guides that channel away excess fat, reducing flare-ups. Two separate 14 gauge steel drip pans further assist in grease control.
Precise Heat Control
Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner allow for precise heat management across all cooking surfaces.
Adjustable Legs and Plate Shelf
Comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs for leveling and a 6-inch stainless steel plate shelf for added utility.
