The Human (FSTL5) Follistatin-related Protein 5 ELISA Kit measures Follistatin-related protein 5 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human FSTL5 antibody. FSTL5 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human FSTL5 Antibody is added and binds to FSTL5 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated FSTL5 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human FSTL5. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

As a female with a wide foot, it is very hard to find a good, comfortable shoe for walking, running and hiking. The cushion isn't like a cloud, but it's there and very responsive. These are very supportive and breathable. I have gone on a few Easy to moderate hikes with them and they're just fine for a dryer trail. They have good grip for rocks as well. 10/10 for these! I will also add that I underpronate, and these provide wonderful stability for that.

Gel-Contends 9 is a really good shoe, but definitely not a long-term, heavy-use shoe. Perfect for casual or rotation use, occasional runs, but don't expect it to last 12+ months of daily wear.
