- Four individual 12" x 20" wells are designed for full-size pans and wet operation for even heat distribution.
- Marine-grade 316 stainless steel wells and insulated construction help resist corrosion and retain heat.
- Independent infinite controls and power indicator lights give each well separate temperature control.
- 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a master shutoff helps simplify draining and cleanup.
- Includes mounting clips and a cord with plug, so the unit does not require hard-wiring.
- Accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep; adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
