Although it's on a pricey side but this black seed oil is very well packaged (amber glass bottle packed in the carton tube) to preserve the quality. The taste is mild, not upseting the stomach if taken on empty stomach. I can't attest to a very specific results but I am taking it for Inflammation due to autoimmune process. I feel better overall I my body (less to no no aches, stamina) but I am not sure if this oil is to thank

Iβve been taking NatureWise Vitamin D3 + K2 for a few months now, and I can really feel the difference. I chose this brand because it combines D3 and K2 β a perfect pair for supporting calcium absorption and overall bone health.
