The Mouse ACP5 (TartRate-resistant acid phosphatase type 5) ELISA Kit measures Acp5 in Mouse Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti Acp5 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with Acp5 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of Acp5 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Nice and Simple - but big

Nice product, very simple in reality. All screws together. Shelves are probably 12inches high - higher than I wanted so I won't be using it after all - but that is my fault for not realizing how vertically spaced the shelves would be. The unit takes up a lot of vertical wall space. My only dislike (hence the -1 rating) is the large stamped letters on every wall mounting plate. The letters don't appear to mean anything, and are very large and upraised - to me they detract from the overall appearance of the unit. The letters are not possible to get rid of without a grinder or significant file-work and repainting everything (not worth the significant effort that would entail).

Fantastic for furniture making

Frankly, I didn't know what to expect... But these turned out to be exactly what I was looking and hoping for. These table legs were so easy to assemble. They come with adjustable feet so you can have a level table no matter your tabletop shape or floor situation. Assembly is done with a simple Allen key. Printed instructions are included with simple diagrams that are so easy to follow. Also, the seller provided all the hardware needed and more! They provided multiple black screws of different sizes that fit through the top holes of the legs, making it so easy to screw the leg base into the table top (use an electric drill with a Philips head for that). I had zero issues with any of the hardware provided. The base has a nice smooth black powder coat application on the metal. Shipping was so quick too. Seriously, if you are looking for a low cost, easy to assemble, good looking, and adjustable end table base, get this. I ended up making plant stands with these using some tree slices I had as you can see in my photo. 10/10 highly recommend.
