80 years and three generations of family history go into each bottle of Nugan Estate wine.  It is a story filled with determination, passion and grit dating back to the founding in 1938 after Alfredo and Annelise Nugan fled their home village of Alcira, Spain and migrated to Australia. As immigrants they brought with them aspects of European culture including the enjoyment of wine.  We are honored to be hosting a virtual tasting of the Nugan Estate wines on Friday, April 30th at 7pm w/ co-host and Nugan Estate owner, Matthew Nugan.  The base tasting pack for this event includes bottles of the 2017 Nugan Estate ‘Scruffy’s’ Shiraz and the 2016 Nugan Estate ‘Stompers’ Cabernet Sauvignon.  A bonus bottle, the 2019 Nugan Estate ‘SV Drover’s Hut’ Chardonnay, will be discussed during the tasting is also available for purchase.
