Because I had to scoop wet gross chewed up treats out of each pocket, vacuum, and put them in the washing machine AFTER my girls abandoned them with the treats still in the pockets. GREAT IDEA but not functional. Agressive chewers would have destroyed the toy the first time. SO DISAPPOINTED
