STELLAR FORM IS ALWAYS ESSENTIAL. MY WEIGHTS WENT UP TO 10 POUNDS, SO I DEFINITELY NEEDED ADDITIONAL WEIGHTS for those who can SAFELY TRANSITION . I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
