WEEED's 'You Are The Sky', finds the Portland, OR quintet shedding much of their sonic past to offer an introspective, self-loving narrative. Over the last year, a metamorphosis has taken place within the band where two drummers have become three, and a singer has become a father. The lyrical narrative has changed to an uplifting blissed out mantra; the music a nod to the inexplicable sounds of CAN, King Gizz, Faust, and Spacemen 3. 'You Are The Sky' offers unapologetic genre blending that some might consider a sin. It turns on a dime from krautrock to country, psych to jazz, heavy fuzz to minimalism, punk to prog, generating simultaneously a psychic implosion and a tracer heavy cup of tea with which to unwind. WEEED has become a sponge of the American psych scene over it's 10 year tenure. In that time, they've found a healthy plane where improvisation can coexist alongside confident, sophisticated compositions, crafting a sound wholly their own. They've played hundreds of shows across the U. S, Mexico, and Canada, sharing the stage with Earth, Om, Acid Mothers Temple, Dead Meadow, Wand, Connan Mockasin, Kikagaku Moyo, Altin Gรผn, Shannon and the Clams, L. A. Witch, and many others. You Are The Sky is by far their most accessible to date due to the infectious polyrhythms, heavily stacked pulsing harmonies, and more focused songwriting. Coupled with the wild cult-leader-like incantations of someone who has seen between the ruthless realm of capitalism and the foggy one of art and mysticism, it is a combination that shines through in the darkest of times.

Stunning Gentleman's Watch

This is my second Tissot watch. It's quite stunning in person. The online photos don't do it justice. It has the look and feel of a much more expensive gentleman's watch which makes this purchase a great bargain. Tissot is a great reliable Swiss made watch brand. My first Tissot watch which is probably more than 20 years old still runs great. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good Tissot Watch

Arrived on time, in its original box, include a 2 year international warranty, into the box include a book with the Tissot brand history in Switzerland. Algo a second book with a whole catalog of Tissot watches men and women.
The watch looks better when you put in on your wrist. The โnavalโ blue really gives the clock a classy look. The stainless steel workmanship is really good, the metal is bright and perfectly polished. The metal wristband quality is very good, did not have any problem to adjust the size , I went to my preferred clock workshop for this job, they extracted a few pieces of the band to fit to my small wrist size. Have to get used to the butterfly latch, but after a few days, now I learned to open and close it without any effort. The clock itโs very accurate, Iโve been using my Tissot for near a month and it just increased a few seconds per week. I do the setup and check accuracy with my pc clock. In short, Itโs a good value watch, nice, good looking, accurate.

Class and elegance

I absolutely love this watch! My grandson also loved mine so I bought him one for Christmas. This is the 4th Citizen watch I have purchased. 2 are ecodrive and 2 are battery powered. I have to say I do like the battery powered watches better for their weight, lots lighter on your wrist than the ecodrive I regularly used to wear. This watch has taken a beating, as it seems like I'm always hitting the face on something, and has performed beautifully. I figured that I would've replaced the crystal by now but I haven't had to. My grandson admired and wanted mine, (I can't part with it because it has special meaning) so I bought him the identical model. I have worn mine in water, extreme cold, and out to dinner. It looks and performs beautifully. This watch is classy, elegant and beautiful and it's not a giant timepiece although you may have to take it to your local jeweler for band sizing. There's videos on u tube but I don't recommend trying that for taking links out. I say beautiful because as a woman wearing this watch it's not overwhelming and screaming look at me I'm wearing a man's watch. However this watch is handsome looking on men, my husband and grandson lol. The band is smooth, doesn't kink or pinch my wrist and when fitted properly it doesn't end up face down or sliding over and staying over on the outside of my wrist. Only drawback for me is I'm not used to the day dial and sometimes when setting the time bc some months are shorter I tend to be a day ahead, easy fix. I've gotten lots of compliments on this watch and would definitely buy it again
