Product Overview

Boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) are two-dimensional nanomaterials with unique structures and properties. A graphite like layered structure is formed by covalent bonding between boron (B) and nitrogen (N) atoms. Layers interact with each other through weaker van der Waals forces. Boron nitride nanosheets have good insulation properties, low electrical conductivity, are excellent electrical insulation materials, and can effectively transfer heat. Hexagonal boron nitride can usually be prepared by chemical vapor deposition, high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis, etc. This product is synthesized using nitrogen-containing and boron containing substances through high-temperature and high-pressure methods. In integrated circuit manufacturing, hexagonal boron nitride can serve as a heat dissipation layer for chips, improving their efficiency and stability. In industrial machinery, as a lubricant, it can adapt to extreme working conditions.

Reinforcement materials: Adding BNNSs to polymer, ceramic, or metal based composites can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the material.

Drug carrier: BNNSs can be used as drug carriers to deliver drugs to specific lesion sites. It has good biocompatibility and modifiability, and can load different types of drug molecules through surface functionalization. The side effects of substances on normal tissues.
