Aloe 'Blue Elf' ~ Blue Elf AloeBlue Elf Aloe is a compact stemless succulent that grows in rosettes strongly upright blue grey toothed fleshy foliage that may be tipped with red in extreme temperatures. Blue Elf Aloe is a compact stemless succulent that grows in rosettes strongly upright blue-grey toothed fleshy foliage that may be tipped with red in extreme temperatures.  Once matured it will put up a thick flowering stalk with pale orange flowers in early spring and intermittently year-round.  Grows best in full sun and dry well-drained soils.  

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.   Avoid overwatering.  Watch for mealybugs and scale.  NOTE: while used for skin care and is edible, the gel contains latex and can cause irritation to sensitive individuals.
