Begin drinking after ovulation has passed or at day 14 of the menstrual cycle if ovulation is unknown. Switch to New Moon Tea 1-2 days before menstruation begins.

Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, Spearmint, Lady's Mantle, Ashwaganda, Burdock, Cinnamon, Ginger, Orange Peel

Directions: Pour 8oz boiling water over approximately 1 Tablespoon herbs and allow to steep for 10 minutes or as long as several hours for a stronger herbal infusion. Drink 1-3 cups per day and don't forget to add a spoonful of honey to stabilize blood sugars.
