Welcome To... plays like a roll-and-write game, but without dice. Instead, you turn over cards from three piles, giving you three different actions consisting of a house number and an associated action. Each player chooses from the available actions and fills in a house number in his or her street. With the actions you can increase your number of points or change the value of your house numbers.

Your ultimate goal? Be the first to reach the public goals and get the most points. Because of the different cards, every game of Welcome To... is different!
