It is suitable for demanding rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering, where hygiene, durability, and load capacity are equally required.
Construction & Material
Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with stainless steel ball bearings, making it completely rust-free. With an outer diameter of 120 mm, the design allows for load capacities up to 1,200 kg – suitable for manual and motorized systems up to 8 km/h. The double flanged geometry guides the wheel precisely on the rail profile on both sides, preventing lateral deviation even under high loads.
