„Powerflower“ is a sugarlift etching printed with a strong carbon black. The plate is wiped by hand, leaving a strong plate tone that creates an atmosphere as if the cold winds of winter are still blowing. The flower drawn here with a japanese brush is a wood-anemone. It is one of the very first flower that appears after a long winter and gives new hope. Spring is back!
