Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump. Starting gradually in my mid sixties until now at 68, the list of immobility problems had become very annoying. So, this improvement is is most exciting!
