Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, Green Spot is one of the few remaining true single-pot-still Irish whiskeys — meaning it’s distilled in pot stills from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then matured solely in used bourbon and sherry casks. While there’s no official age statement, the whiskey comprises casks aged approximately 7-10 years. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), the release comes in limited quantities each year.
