Designed for extreme pressure applications, itΒ’Γ’βΒ¬s perfect for camshafts break in procedures, as it withstands pressure values of 40,000 to 50,000 psi, thus avoiding scoring on the high pressure cams - followers interface.

Attention: this camshaft can be used with solid lifters as long as valve lash caps (EMPI 4006, or similar) are assembled and adjusted individually. We strongly recommend that this should be done by a proper professional in order to achieve the correct valve lash values.

- VW cylinder head stud set, available in either 118mm (this item) β or β 136mm length for taller blocks.β
- They will fit earlier and old style VW 8V cylinder heads.
- The set contains 10 Studs, β 10 washers and 12 point nuts, (you will need a 1/2 or 13mm 12 point socket).
- The studs are for M11 threads, please confirm with your OEM bolts before purchase.
- These will replace 93mm OEM bolts.
- Maximum Torque - 72 ft/lb
